My Biography

Greetings! 

My name is Allyson Rose and I've been teaching fifth grade at PS 49 for the last six years. Prior to PS 49, I worked in a school upstate in a 1st and 2nd grade setting for three years. I received my Bachelors Degree from the University of Connecticut, Dual Masters Degree from CUNY Lehman in Special and General Education, and am now pursuing my Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Rowan University. 

In my spare time I enjoy traveling, watching sports, and shopping. I am looking forward to another fabulous school year!
